Thirty days later and I've got this:
I thought after thirty straight days of kicking my own ass with Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred would have yielded better weight/ inch loss results. I found the first level workout on the DVD to be difficult. While I am dissatisfied with the numbers in the chart above, I have noticed a positive change in my body. My muscle strength and endurance have both increased. I blame myself and my eating habits for the lack of weight/ inches lost.
The 30 Day Shred is actually a fairly good, albeit challenging, workout. Even though I didn't get the 'transformational' results I'd hoped for, I still enjoyed it. Hell, I might do it again in the future.
